Black Max 135 - Year 1991

Hi Guys, Our Black Max 135 is sounding the oil alarm continuously even when full of oil. What could be the problem?

your oil pump may be failing..do NOT run unless you premix until you get it checked fixed.

That motor only monitors the oil level. Disconnect the 2 blue wires going to the oil tank. If the alarm stops the float in the tank is defective and the tank will have to be replaced.

Have the whole system disconnected and pre mix only--better safe than sorry.

I am all about premix myself...I disconnect the oil injection system on every motor I get, first thing.
