1994 Mercury Steering adjustment

I have a 1994 Sprint with a mercury 150 outboard on it. If the steering isn't held straight it veers to the right. It's also kind of stiff turning to the left. How hard would it be to adjust myself or should I have someone else do it? Any pictures, instructions or diagrams would be appreciated. Thanks

Turn the plate with the small fin below the AV plate to stbd until steering is neutral at high power settings.

Ayuh,.... Adjust the torque tab/ trim tab like wilde1j says,...

Also look at how deep yer trimmed, 'n the condition, 'n style of the prop...

Hi thanks for responds so this is on the bottom of motor not the cables ?
