1973 Merc 7.5 - lower unit questions

I'm nearly done refurbishing this engine, pulled the lower unit last night. Does anybody know of a source for the lower unit shift shaft oil seal (1973 Merc 7.5)? I was pleasantly surprised to see that Iboats stocks the impeller (geeze that thing's tiny compared to what I'm used to !!!), but so far haven't been able to locate that particular seal.

Also, is it safe to assume this engine will take the same lower unit oil that my newer engines use?
