2010 Mercury 15 hp Wont run unless choke is out

I have a 2010 Mercury 15hp 4 stroke and it wont crank unless the choke is out. If i push the choke in it dies. If I leave the choke out for about 30 minutes and let the engine just idle I eventually can push the choke in and have it run. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Ayuh,.... Sounds like crud in the idle circuit of the carb...
Check the fuel filters for signs of crud, 'n water...
