I've had overflow of fuel in my carburetors. I changed out the needles, because i thought they weren't seating in place. The engine turns over, but will not crank. I still have gas coming out of the front and back side of the carburetors, but not around the bowls. I have cleaned the carburetors. I have taken the floats off and put new needles in. Everything turns over good, but still doesn't act like it wants to fire. I put new spark plugs in.
Please give me some advise. 1994 Mariner Magnum 40 serial number 0G025116 twin carburetors
