Remove cowling and turn key on, pump should run up to 30 seconds. If it does not come on check for voltage at the + terminal on pump as this is hot at all times. If you have 12v+ at terminal remove - terminal on pump and apply a jumper from terminal to ground and pump should run. If it does the driver board in ECU is bad.
