I have a hard time getting my 15 hp to throttle down to idle speed. I often have to put it in neutral and rev it to a high rpm followed by a hard twist on the tiller to get it to idle down. I think it is teh throttle cable. A few questions: Does my diagnosis sound correct? Can I oil or grease it and if so what is the best way to do this? If not, it is possible that the cable replacement is a DIY job or is this a pretty technical repair.
