adjusting air fuel mixture or idle screw 0n a 1980 mercury 70 horse

Does anyone have information on how to adjust these two carbs on my 70 horse merc.
carbs are rebuilt but not set up.
1 and a half ,2 and a half turns of the screw. ????????
1980 merc inline 3.

Start at 1.5 turns out and see how it runs. If it bogs when you give it WOT turn them both out 1/8 turn at a time until it takes off without hesitation. Then adjust the idle speed.
