OK, after owning a Fling with a 115 and having all types of cooling issues, I'm not done with these little jet boats. My kids love them and it's an easy drop and go for a few hours we can take on a weekday. So, I'm looking at a '96 Rayder F16 with a 120. What should I be looking for? What problems can arise? Price $1800.

Will I be looking at the same cooling problems with the 120 as I did with the OMC 115? I'm not worried about jet issues, more worried about how many times I may be taking the motor out to work on. Want to enjoy without pulling it every week to fix. Thanks

All I know is that the powerhead is actually a Force, not a Mercury engine. The Force engine is the old Chrysler block with quicksilver electronics. As far as problems, I have never ran one.
