I have a 2001 225 Opti that had a rebuilt power head installed in 2006 after failed injector blew engine. It is bogging down/loading up on take off when weather is hot (85 degrees or higher). Boat will bogg down hard until 2500+ RPM is finally reached at which point it will go ahead and plane out, once on plane it runs great through all ranges. It is not giving any alarms, faults, or going into safe mode. I have had spark plugs changed and ensure "quick clean" is used in every tank. Just wondering if this could be a fuel/vent problem? Anyone had this problem?
