I have what I think is a 1985 merc 60 serial#A109382 ,the arm where the secondary pickup adj screw is, is broken. The throttle arm is longer and in front, the adj screw is on the smaller arm mounted just behind it. It's cast and the section with the screw broke off. Everything I seem to look at says it's obsolete, can it be welded? Thanks for any help, Tom
