71 500 #3011762 lower water pump housing

I bought the baot and motor a year ago, guy said impeller has been replaced 2 years ago. I had a weak (almost nonexistant) telltale last wknd so I am replacing the pump assembly. everything is going good except for the lower pump housing. I can't get it to budge. is there a bolt from underneath or is it just stuck?
please help, I want to get the perch next weekend.

I had to use a variety of pry bars carefully to get mine off. Crud on the long studs were what was holding mine on. Maybe let them soak in penetrating oil.

Mine had to wiggled up off the studs with small pry bars.
