not sure i can help, but someone here turned me onto ishopmarine.com. It would probably help if you say what motor you have, what year, maybe put your sn up, which can narrow parts available to what you need. no way to fix what you have? jb weld is great, so is tech steel or mighty putty, same idea. its not under huge amount of pressure is it?

a mechanic friend of mine used tech steel to fix the exhaust manifold of a seadoo, was like 2k for a new one, that was 3 yrs ago, still fixed. good luck

its a mercury 6hp twin serial 2099371 i have no idea what year the thing is, maybe around 69? ive tried jb weld but it keeps pulling apart it snapped the piece the bolt threads into in half. it needs to be tightened down enough to create a seal on the bottom

not sure if yor still working on this, but go to an auto parts store and get some tech-steel. starts as putty, turns to basically steel, will hold up to tightening, just let it cure 1st
