oil to gas ratio on 50 h/p mercury

I can't recall the ratio for oil to gas on my 1974 50 h/p mercury 500. Can someone help me?

In short, it has been 50:1 since somewhere in the 1960's across the board with manufacturers. Scott Attwater had a little 4 oz can of what they called 100:1 oil in addition to their yellow 50:1 cans like the other OEM's but it never caught on.
