I was hoping my fellow bros out there could help me,, I just bought a tracker, 2000 w/ mercury 60 hp w/ side trottle. I dont know how to increase idle in neutral. Theres a button on the top of trottle I use to shift into gear and a round plastic cap on the lower part of trottle, is this the idle adjustment? I would be very greatful for your advice.
