New to boats trying to find out the year of an 85hp mercury force

I have an 85hp mercury force eng . Trying to find the year of it. Also the tilt only works goin up. It has 2 relays , replaced the side that didnt work and still nothing. Swopped the plugs and the the other side did tilt . Need any advice to get this baby to tilt both directions .
