It will cold start but once it warms up is starts to slowly idle down then shuts off completely then SOMETIMES it's hard to start. A buddy of mine thinks the choke solenoid is acting up. Should I be able to see the small plunger at the bottom of the solenoid going up and down when the key is pressed in? When the key is pressed in, you can hear the solenoid "click" but nothing is moving. Any ideas?
