1996 mercury 15 hp bogging

I have a 15 hp mercury el start 2 stroke, after i run the engine for a couple of minutes and slow down to an idle, i cant give it a little gas without it wanting to stall out. as soon as it starts to stall out , i let off the gas a little and it comes back to life. It idles and restarts like new?

Had the same issue with my 25 checked everything drove me nuts turned out that my fuel line assembly needed to be replaced even though it was only year old. Might try it pretty cheap compared to most things.

you may also need to clean the carb and also new jets
