Spark Plug wire order for 97 Mercury Bigfoot 4 Stroke 50hp

I am curious if anyone knows the spark plug wire order for a 97 Mercury Bigfoot 4 Stroke 50hp? I had trouble getting the motor to turn over before I found out I had water in the gas. I pulled out the spark plugs so I could spray starting fluid and try to get it to crank. I just want to make sure that I replaced the wires in the proper order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One more thing....I had a good amount of water in my gas due to a linking gasket on my fuel sending unit. I syphoned out the gas and tried to just stick the fuel line in another gas tank with clean gas. I still can not get the motor to crank. Any suggestions? Is there water inside the motor that is making it not crank?
