Hello all, I am wondering can the electric motor be removed without removing outboard from boat? I am mechanically inclined but there is on bolt between the boat and the motor brace that cant be accessed easily or any specialty tools? If not off the outboard goes but if there is another way I would appreciate the advice. Thank you if you can help and if not God Bless...

If transom mounted usually only take starboard transom off to clear manual release knob.Chock starboard side with C/G clamp and 2x4 undo TT bolts on starboard, then on port, then lift whole assembly off, then re attach starboard bracket to boat so you motor is not lying on the ground when you return from workshop.
