my 92 mercury 200 xri idles okay and revs up fine in neural but as soon as i put it in gear and ease in the throttle, it gets up to 2k rpms for a few seconds and begins to bog down untill it dies. it will not plane. its got brand new spark plugs and fresh gas with sea foam and no fix as of yet. i have noticed that if someone pumps the bulb while under power, it will not bog or stall. it wont go past 2k rpms ither. any ideas? carbs clogged maybe?
