50hp mercury blowing white smoke

my 50hp mercury is blowing white smoke, it has a bog sometimes in high idle, and the telltale stream is hot not steaming but hot. ive tried cleaning carbs, sparkplugs, found broke fuel lines, and cloged telltale line. (all these have help it alot but still having the issue with white smoke and uneven idle) thank for the help.
p.s. i was told water pump maybe?

If it's been anything over 2 years it would
be a very good idea to do water pump.
Take it's temp with a temp gun.
How old is the gas?
What kind of oil are you using?

what should the temp be?
the gas is
new, 93oct. , im using 2cycle marine oil mixed at the ratio of 6oz to 2 1/2 gallons..
yes. the boat has set up for several years.

Pull the plugs and take a peak at both the plug and the piston tops. Squeaky clean = water intrusion.

When I changed the plugs I do remember them being unusually clean. What?s the next step if I have water intrusion? Thank you all for your knowledge.

The temp showed around 98 deg. after 8min of half idle and 2 full idle.
checked the plugs agian, this time around they were burnt.

Wow you had it 2 minutes at full idle...Full throttle???...On the hose??? Or even in the lake???
That's crazy.

two mins not a good idea? im not a boater, it was given to me... it was in a 55 gal drum full of water.

In gear no problem(preferably on lake...lol).In neutral never rev over 1500 rpm.
Example..Pitcher throws a super fast ball..no prob.Does exact throw without ball..broken shoulder.
