80hp 1989 mercury outboard- removing power trim and tilt hydraulic piston

i have 2 80 hp 1989 mercury motors, one is running and one is not, i need some instruction as to how i am to go about removing and replacing the hydraulic piston used in the power trim and tilt. any information as to if it is possible and how it must be done would be greatly appreciated.
