water leaking next to top spark plug on 1986 115 mercury

I have water leaking from a hole on the right side of the top spark plug.I don't know if is a freeze plug,a weep hole or if some kind of hose is suppose to be there.The hole is factory made and the motor still run and don't have a miss.

Post a pic of the hole, it sounds like the overheat sensor hole.
