1987 Mariner 200hp

I am working on getting a 21' Proline Center Console back up and in running condition. The boat has been stored for 20 yrs. It has a 200hp Mariner on the back, it was winterized back when it was originally stored. What should I be looking out for when getting this motor back into running condition?

Change lower unit oil, impeller, plugs, rebuild carbs. Spray some oil in the cylinders before you crank it to help lube it.
