Convert 2008 Mercury 15Hp Str to Electric Start with charging

I have a 2008 Mercury 15HP, Model is 15M STR, Serial Number falls under the 1B227000 & Up Category and engine CC is 323CC. It is my believe this motor to be made by Tohatsu for Mercury.

Looking to add both Electric start and charging, both kits are available

I have researched and found the following kit 853805A07 - START KIT, and was told this this kit includes the charging kit as well, I do not see it and believe to do this properly I need two kits
895299A03 - CHARGING KIT, Battery
853805A07 - START KIT, Electric

Do i need both kits or does the start kit include the charging components as well.

Hi, im in the same situation with my 2008 Merc 20hp 4 stroke did you get any info? Anyone?
