Sorry for the Off Topic intrusion, but here goes... Would anyone in the Austin TX area be willing to donate a broken/ruined crank to me? I only need the end that slides onto the shaft on the lower unit. The lower unit is a '83 from a 115 "tower of power", though my understanding is quite a few motor versions will go on that lower unit. I plan to adapt the crank end to accept the stub shaft on a right angle 1:1 gearbox which will feed a driveshaft to a 2 cyl yanmar diesel. I've had a pontoon boat with no motor for a few years and dreamed this up in a beer induced stupor. I think I can pull it off and though a little redneck, it should be pretty cool. Not to mention great on fuel economy.

Well, I got a nice little package in the mail today. A great big Thank You to Faztbullet, I think one of those will work great. I really appreciate you taking time out of your day and sending those to me.
