Digital to Analog Gauge Conversion

Newbie, great forum, hi everyone.

Got a question, I've got a 2007 40hp Mer EFI which is digital but my gauges are analog. Has anyone got any advice on how to convert the digital to analog. I would like to use the gauges I have. I've heard about Smartcraft but it seems a shame to buy something new and the Smartcraft products are very expensive.

I've read of conversion kits that change analog to digital but haven't heard of going the other way!

Are you sure it's a digital output?
