Hi everyone i have a 22 force with twin merc 115 hp 4 storkes.

one of my engines has a fuel pump issue. i have fuel all the way from the tank to the one way check valve b4 the electric pump and the vapor tank.

i have power to the plug that plugs into the fuel pump but my pump wont turn on. i did a trial and error process usuing the other engine that runs fine and all the problems i have with the bad engine i dont have on the good one.

i still have warrenty on both engines till next year april and are wondering if it will still be covered on it cuz it seems like the fuel pump went bad..

if you guys have any suggestions or any ideas of what else could be the problem feel free to post it.

thanks

inside the vapor tank there is a 1/8" hose that often blows out, check that first.Very high probability thats where your trouble is. you will see it if thats the trouble.

Always include Model,Serial # and HP.Makes it easier to get the right specs.
If you can't make the pump turn on then take it to the dealer.
Check the leads.Power and ground. You turn on the key it should have power to the pump. Then switch the tester to the ground and make sure it tests ok.J
