How hot should the water discharge from the pee hole be?

I have a 1998 Mercury 150 HP with Thermostats. How hot should the water coming out of the pee hole should be ?

uncomfortable, but not scalding. (150ish)

Shouldn't be so hot as to scald you but should more than just lukewarm after running under load. Do you think there is a problem with yours? Until the tstat opens the stream would be rather cool in comparison.

It is just like that..... Uncomfortable but not scalding.
