7.5 Hp Seloc vs Clymer manual?

I have a Clymer manual for my 7.5 hp Mercury outboard, but it totally skips any info on the reverse lock-out and the whole clamp / mount area in terms of how it works and any tear-down instructions.

Needless to say, that's the area I need to work on... Before I shell out money for a Seloc manual I'm wondering if any one on this forum can assure me that there's some good sections on this area of engine. Can't find one locally so I'll need to order online.
