Replacing Power Head - 1974 Mercury 115hp

I've got '74 Mercury 115 Inline 6. Compression in #1 is 20psi, other 5 cyl. are 115 -120. I've found a replacement powerhead, seller claims it's never been used before. Attached are a couple of images. Can anyone take a look & give me a little advice. I've never replaced a Powerhead before, wondering what the procedure is or if I should just have mechanic change it out. Also, can you verify that this Powerhead is correct for my '74 Inline 6 - 115HP - 1150model

Wont work as its a ADI ignition powerhead from 1978 1/2 and up.It has no place for distributer...

Do you know of a good source for good used Powerheads? Images of my motor are attached.
