05 50elpto lost reed valves

Please help?

Our 50hp loss power and after investigating the situation and cleaning carbs I found the fuel/air mixture blowing out of the carb on the bottom cylinder when the motor was running. I pulled the carb again and I think I saw where two of the reed valves are missing. Could this be accurate or have I lost a cylinder?

I have plenty of spark on all three plugs.

If you think you saw missing reeds then pull the reed blocks while you have the carbs off. Only way to be sure is with a thorough inspection.

i agree and if they are missing I'd be worried where they went

Replace reed valves. Not engine won't hardly idle. Adjustment screws don't help much...

Any help?

Test compression as if the pedals went thru cylinder it may have damaged it or piston.
