Mercury Torque Specs?

I have a 2005 Mercury 50hp 2 Stroke

I need the torque specs for the 6 Lage bolts that hold the power head to the adapter plate. (bolt size M10x110 / Part# 817430110)

I also need the torque specs for the 6 bolts that hold the exhaust tube to the adapter plate. (bolt sizes 4 @ M8x45 & 2 @ M8x55 / Part #'s 40011153 & 40011155)

Should i also use some antiseize on the threads. Some of the bolts were frozen and need to use heat to get out.
