Proper Carb Screw Setting For 40hp 1997 Mercury Tracker 2 Stroke Outboard.

Hello, My oil and gas is burning too rich, what are the proper carb settings to get this motor running right? I messed with the top screw now it starts but I cant get it to run in gear so i messed something up.
