i have a 1966 3.9 and have put in a new impeller and turned it clock wise to get the fins alligned right. it starts to pump water fine for awhile then it almost quits and there is water spitting out the hole in the back where some of the exhaust comes out. my question is the water tube thats goes up to the powerhead one piece or two it looks like it might be in two when i shine a light into houseing. so its like it is not sending enough water from the pump up to the powerhead. or could it be not creating enough suction from the pump to send water up the tube. any help would be alot of help. thanks kevin
