commander side mount control parts id number

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MOODY BLUE AND OTHERS FOR THEIR HELP IN THE PAST.Can anyone give me the part #or a decription of the neutral lock pin on the above controls. I have access to a lot of pins and such if I new if it is metal or plastic and its size or if someone might have one. thanks
