Friends boat here. Motor ran good going to fishing spot, but a no start in trying to get back to ramp, next morning on muffs engine starts,no problem. Replaced fuel pump as it checked bad, and oil had grown to an overfill in crankcase. Changed oil,but the very next trip motor ran good but had lots of oil on the surface ,took home immediately, and found nearly no oil in crankcase. Not to familiar with 4 strokes so some opinions would be appreciated.
