New cooling systems

I responded to an add for a 2 year old 6hp Mercury. When I asked the seller if he was equiped to demonstrate the motor in a barrel or with some other method to supply cooling water he responded that the motor had a radiator and did not need externally supplied water. Can this be correct? I'm old school 2 stroke and real skeptical about his reply. Thanks

It's got 2 rads, one for each cylinder, helps cool the turbos!

And if the seller is serious stay away!!!
