I have a problem starting the engine when it is hot after running at WOT for 15 minutes. Sometimes it will re-start if I pump the bulb. If this does not work I disconnect the fuel connector from the engine, fuel squirts out, reconnect the fuel connector and prime the bulb - the engine will now start. I have heard this may be caused by vapour lock and that the fuel pipe under the cover should be insulated. Is this a plausible cause for the difficult starting? Is the suggested solution plausible. If so what insulating material could be used.

Thanks in advance
