My friend has a problem with getting the lower unit to come off. It dropped about a 1/2 inch and that's it. It won't budge. Appears all the bolts are off, so he just don't know what exactly could be holding it on and don't know what to do next. Any suggestions???? Any and all would be greatly appreciated.
