I have a 91 mariner 115 4 cyl. No water comes from the tell tale below 2000 rpm.It is not over heating. I have checked replaced impellar.Checked replaced popit valve. Replaced exhuast cover gaskets.Thought maybe exhuast was getting in water jacket. I put garden hose on inlet with gearcase removed.Water comes out tell tale no problem.Its like water pump is not producing enough preasure to fill water jacket to top,and water to flow out the tell tale. Is there any known problems with this waterpump? Anything Im missing?
