Anybody know what could be causing the motor to die at low idle? Runs great at high idle and on the high end; just not low idle. New spark plugs and fuel filter changed which helped some; looking for advice.

thanks in advance.

It could be a lot of things. It would be guessing without more information on what you have already done or tested. I suggest that you do some basic troubleshooting to narrow down the problem. Some simple basic tests include checking for a good spark with a spark tester during idle and also squeezing the fuel bulb to see if it helps the motor idle better. If these tests check out OK, you can then check your link and sync settings and adjust the carb jets to see it improves idle. If this does not help, you may need to clean your carbs if that has not been done in a while. Doing the above should get you close to resolving your problem.
