My motor runs well, but I seem to have lost about 5-8 mph (45 instead of 52)on the top end. Any thoughts? I am tempted to replace the fuel filter and run some "carbon out" fuel additives through it. I did the plugs last year, clean them this spring and they look fine. Any help would be great.
