Converting tiller 2004 25hp into remote steering

Is it possible to take a 2004 25hp mercury 2 stroke with tiller steering and convert it into remoted steering. I am getting different information on if there is a conversion kit for the shifter.

I had a Nissan 18 that I looked at doing the same thing with. It turned out that by the time I was all done I could have sold mine and bought a newer one that was already setup.

It's not a cost effective upgrade but Nissan (Tohatsu) did have the parts if I wanted them. You should be able to order the necessary parts through any Merc dealer but you probably won't find a kit.
