I need to know where the resivours are for mixing the gas & oil ? can anybody help me... Thanks for looking ;]

Magnum is a Mariner moniker. Merc and Mariner are the same engine in that year, but I really can't tell what you have because your terms are contradictory.

No of cylinders, serial #, picture, anything to help?
