Does this old motor have any value? It turns over, about all i know besides it was owned by a man who kept all his belongings in good shape. Thanks for any comments.

It certainly has some value, but knowing it turns over isn't a whole lot to go on. Condition - both cosmetic and mechanical - go a long way towards determining a value. Plus, in the end, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. That's why I can't tell you it is worth $X00 or $Y00. Someone else will have a different opinion on what it is worth.

That said, it is definitely worth more than scrap value and would have some collector interest if listed on the AOMCI.org site's ad section. They are good motors and being that it turns over, it is likely that it could be made to run...

Yo.! Its like this. If the engine is in good running condition and WILL START RIGHT UP so a buyer can check it ,its worth 4 to 6 hundred bucks. If YOU can not crank it and its been sitting for a long time its worth very little
