Need throttle n shifter cables for 1990 90 horse mercury outboad

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get part #'s or anything needed to look up what i need as far as cables?? i gotta side mount control box. id like to buy cables asap.. im just stuck right now.. thank you for your time
