my 30 hp Mariner is overheating above the exhaust port to the point that the engine bogs down. a new pump was installed and it still gets hot. water comes out the pee hole and is warm to the touch but around the exhaust port it is steaming. i also need the spark plug info. for 30 EL plate info# 689 L 415040
