I am wondering if the spark plug in my 2000 Mercury 3.3hp outboard is fouled (it was run with too high oil to gas ratio). My simple question:<br /><br />What do I need to do to get to the spark plug? I don't have a manual and it did not appear immediately obvious to me where the plug is located.<br /><br />Thanks!
